I had a coupon for either the orange crush shampoo bar or the dusk shampoo bar. Since the orange crush shampoo bar was out of stock, I opted to try the dusk bar. The scent is pleasant. The bar itself has a nice feel. Sadly, I reacted badly to the scent of one or more of the essential oils just by unpacking the box. My reaction was respiratory and an instant headache; like I get when exposed to blooming lavender, dried lavender, or lavender essential oil. Lavender is not listed as an ingredient; so I am not certain which oil caused the reaction. I placed the paper wrapped bar into a heavy brown paper bag and placed it in my bathroom supplies bucket. The reaction cleared up. I will pass the bar along to one of my nieces who like such gifts. Next purchase will be either the orange crush shampoo bar or the apple cider vinegar-citrus shampoo bar. I am not giving up! I think this would be a good purchase for someone else.

I keep going back to this bar after trying several other brands of shampoo bars. Not only is it long lasting my hair always gets clean and smells great with a light pleasant scent. I love the fact that it can come without packaging and there is no plastic bottle to deal with. It is a superior product and I’m thankful for it!
