How to Use: Multiple Ways to Use a Sitz Bath

Tuck: Lay herbal pad in a shallow bowl and cover with boiling water. Steep for approximately 5 min., and let it cool. Very gently drain extra liquid from the pad, leaving it moist but not soaking wet. Remember not to squeeze too hard – the herbal pads are fragile and can burst. Cool in the fridge and gently apply the moist pad directly to the perineum. Ahhhhhhh relief.
