Sure! Whether you’re moving, heading off to college, or won’t be home for a few weeks to collect your package, you can absolutely hold an order to be shipped at a later date.
Simply mention the date you would like it shipped in the “Order Notes” field at checkout. We’ll be sure to hold it until then.
Yes! Simply proceed to checkout and you will be given the option to pay using Paypal
Yes it is. We use Stripe and Paypal for payment processing. Both of these services are PCI Complaint. In other words, they meet the strict standards of the Payment Card Industry and your cardholder data is stored securely.
Ooof!! It has happened to the best of us. If this happens please reach out to us right away. We will do everything possible to fix it before your item ships. However please note that once a package is en route it’s out of our hands and in the carriers.
Shipping
We strive to package your orders and get them out the door same day or next day whenever possible. Some handmade items ship from the makers or artists directly and may require a little extra handling time. Thank you for your patience as extra love is being put into your items. Kindly note that since processing and shipping times will vary based on the carrier, we do not guarantee delivery dates. In general most orders take between 2-10 days to arrive, with the majority falling between the 3-6 day range.
We ship most products from our little studio in the cozy hills of Massachusetts, USA. Some large, handmade, or specialty items (like bedding for example) will ship from the artist or maker directly.
We ship to all 50 states in the USA (That includes you Alaska & Hawaii!)
In general, no. If you would like a quote for international shipping, e-mail us with your order request (including specific items and quantities) and your ship-to address. If we are able to ship to your area we’ll respond ASAP with a custom shipping quote. Kindly note that some products are not eligible to be shipped internationally.

Gifts and Gift Certificates
You sure can! Just enter their address in the “shipping” information at checkout and your information in the “billing” section.
We recommend including a gift message in the “Order Notes” field at checkout so they know who the gift is from. We will include your note in the order. Greeting cards are also available for purchase.

Where is the order notes field? In the cart page, you’ll click “Proceed to checkout” to get to the checkout page. At the bottom of that page is the order notes field.
Not to worry! In the spirit of zero waste we do not include packing slips or price tags in the order.
