Thoughtful Human
Thoughtful Human® is a woman-owned company based in Oakland, California. Founder Ali has been on a complex journey with grief since losing her favorite human to colon cancer in 2011. She watched many family members and friends struggle with addiction and other mental health issues. These cards exist to help people find honest ways to communicate in challenging circumstances and relationships like these. Caring deeply about people and the planet, Thoughtful Human is involved in organizations and community events – including walks for cancer, suicide prevention, and more. They hold a plastic-free and zero-waste promise. All materials — from their cards to their envelopes, seals, shipping labels, boxes, and tape — are made with materials that are either plantable, compostable, or recyclable.
