What’s the Pod Made of?
The pod is a plastic-free, water soluble film made of polyvinyl alcohol. When the film dissolves in your washer and enters the water stream, micro-organisms (including bacteria, yeasts, and fungi) that commonly exist in water treatment plants are capable of breaking down polyvinyl alcohol to water and carbon dioxide.
How to Use Dropps Biodegradable Laundry Detergent Pods
- Handle with dry hands only. Add the pod directly into the back of the washer drum before adding clothes. Do not place in the dispenser drawer.
- Do not unwrap or cut open. The pod will dissolve completely during the wash cycle.
- Use one pod for a regular wash load. For extra large loads or high capacity machines, you can use two.
- As with all household cleaning products and detergents, please keep out of reach of children and pets.
