How to Use a Jade Gua Sha Massage Comb

There are so many wonderful ways to use this tool. Here are just a few ideas:

Use the comb side on your head to massage your scalp. Use light strokes to promote relaxation.
After cleansing your face, use the smooth side of the tool to gently massage from the center of your face outward. You can also apply a serum or treatment and gently massage it in with your gua sha.
Use the smooth side on your body. Apply medium-firm pressure in a sort of scraping motion to massage muscles.

To identify your perfect practice, we recommend focusing inward and asking your body exactly what it needs.
