How to Care for your Saalt Wear
Take good care of Saalt Wear, and it will take great care of you.
After use, rinse your Saalt Wear in cold water to help avoid staining. Then, hand wash or machine wash on cold, preferably in a wash bag made for delicates. You can use detergent, but pass on the fabric softener, bleach, and iron to protect the tech. Proudly hang dry—energy efficient, and free.

These underwear are AMAZING! I have been looking for a period underwear for a while and have looked at several styles. I decided to try this out because they were part of the eco girl shop, so I knew that they would be earth friendly, which is one of my core values. I have used them this week and I absolutely LOVE them. I will be purchasing some more very soon. They allowed me to not have to use disposable period products. (I use a cup for most days and usually wear a pantyliner. I skipped that this time!) This is a great item for light days or in conjunction with a cup or tampon.

Best period underwear on the market. I love wearing these with my cup on my heaviest days and overnight so that if I leak, I don’t end up ruining my regular underwear or my sheets. They absorb perfectly, and the crotch area is so thin I forget it isn’t my regular underwear. Its is also so beautiful – my husband saw me getting dressed and actually said, “when did you buy that sexy pair of underwear?” LOL little did he know it was my period underwear! So happy with these and cannot wait to buy more!
