The Deco Del Mar collection is created from ECONYL® 100% regenerated nylon fibre from fishnets and other nylon waste. Pre and post-consumer wastes such as nylon scraps, fishing nets and carpet fluff are collected and transformed to produce the perfect swimsuit material.

Handmade with love in Italy, each suit that comes to fruition is cut from a tessellating pattern so that zero waste is created. Rather than snipping away, the designer carefully maps out the fabric so that interlocking shapes can be cut from it. No leftover materials go to waste. This is the most important part of the Emroce design process. With zero waste as the first priority, new styles and aesthetics are left up to chance — a method that has led to beautiful and unique creations that are as functional as they are lovely.
