A tongue scraper is a simple way to keep your tongue clean and breath fresh. This tongue cleaner features a curved design and smooth surface for a comfortable cleaning and is adjustable to fit in the mouth.

How to Use a Tongue Cleaner

1. Stick out your tongue, making it as flat as possible to expose as much surface area as possible.
2. Place the tongue scraper as far back as you can comfortably go.
3. Apply a comfortable amount of pressure
4. Pull the scraper forward from the back to the front of your tongue, removing all residue.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 at least 4 times or until you feel all residue is removed, rinsing the scraper after each pass.
6. Once finished completely rinse the tongue scraper with water or mouthwash. (If you need to completely disinfect the tongue scarper you can put it in boiling water.)
